Children’s Kung Fu program:
Designed for children from age 4 to 17, our kid’s program teaches Wushu fundamentals, hand forms as well as various weapon skills (fans, staffs, swords, spears, etc), and self-defense practice (both unarmed and using weapons). Classes are arranged according to age and skill level. Through continued practice, students will gradually enhance body coordination, strength, and flexibility. Furthermore, our training programs encourage disciplined student behavior and teach student to develop respect towards teachers, family, friends, and classmates. Students will develop great friendships in a challenging and fun learning environment. Learning Wushu will help promote confidence to help students face challenges not only during instructional time, but in everyday life as well.

Adults Kung Fu program:
1.  Traditional Wushu hand form and weapons practice
For ages 18 and above - for adults, we teach traditional Wushu hand forms and weapons skills. The overall goal is to help promote overall health, flexibility, and body coordination through challenging yet fun Wushu exercises. Weapons practice will help develop hand-eye coordination. We can teach beginners as well as competition-level students.

2. Tai chi, Qi Gong
Tai chi is another form of Chinese martial arts. Mainly practiced for its health benefits (increased flexibility, balance, cardiovascular, and mental health), Tai Chi is often known for its graceful, slow, flowing movements. Tai chi can also involve traditional weapons such and swords and fans.

The art of Qi Gong involves using breathing techniques, body movements, and meditation to achieve better overall physical and mental health.

Elite Wushu Tournament Club:

For advanced Wushu students, we offer our Elite Wushu Tournament Club. These classes are designed to optimize our students’ chance of success at Wushu Tournaments and Competitions. Our Instructors have many years of competitive Wushu experience and will help individual student’s achieve their best results at competitions. This preparation can involve creating special forms, developing pre-tournament practice routines, even helping with uniform selection.

In the process of the training experience, this program also helps students to develop courage, team work, and positive social interactions.

 

武术课程
儿童,青少年武术课:

适龄学生4岁到17岁。根据不同年龄群设定武术训练系统,提高对武术训练的兴趣,按照循序渐进的方式教导武术基本功,各种拳法,各种兵器,徒手以及兵器攻 防对练练习。学生在练习过程中逐渐提高全身的协调性,柔韧性以及肌肉的爆发力,达到强身健体的目的。习武先习德,在练习的过程中规范学生的行为,提高学生 的专注力。教导学生尊重师长及他人.通过由浅至深的训练方式来帮助学生增强自信心,勇于面对困难。

成人课:
1 传统拳术,传统器械练习。
招收年龄18岁以上。以传统拳术,传统器械练习为主。练习武术套路中的各种拳法、腿法对爆发力及柔韧性都有明显的提高,特别是各关节活动范围较大,对肌肉 韧带都有很好的锻炼作用,武术包含多种拧转、俯仰、收放、摺叠等身法动作,要求“手到眼到”,“手眼相随”,“步随身行、身到步到”,对协调性有较高的要 求;长期锻炼,有助于提高身体的协调能力。整套动作往往由几十个动作组成,并在一定时间内完成,所以能使身体各个器官系统得到全面发展

2 太极,健身功法系列:
太极和健身功法是最适合中老年人养身,健身的一种运动。中国传统医学研究认为,健身气功的作用主要体现在以下几个方面:疏通经络:经络是气血运行的通路, 经络不通则痛,脏腑组织器官得不到气血的滋养和温煦,会导致各种病症。健身气功锻炼可促进经络疏通,减轻或消除各种病症。人们参加健身气功锻炼的主要目的 是:增强体质、预防疾病、延年益寿、开发智力、陶冶情操、发挥潜能。概括起来,最终都是为了达到养生保健和抗老防衰。健身功法系列包括八段锦、六字诀、五 禽戏和易筋经等。太极拳结合了传统导引、吐纳的方法,著重练身、练气、练意。三者之 间的紧密调协。练习时一方面可锻鍊肌肉,舒筋活络;另一方面又能透过 呼吸与动作间的相互配合,对内脏加以按摩锻鍊,达到强身健体的作用。太极课主要教导太极拳,太极剑,太极扇等。

武术比赛,表演特训:
专为表演或赛前训练所设定的专业武术训练系统。包括针对不同学生来特别编排教导的比赛演练套路,制定赛前训练方案,传授比赛经验。定制比赛服装,逐步提高 学生的竞争实力,为参加比赛的学生做好充足的赛前准备。同时也能让学生在训练的过程中体验到团队合作,互相帮助,鼓励,加油的精神。
