About
- Designed for our top performers who aspire to compete nationally and internationally
- We separate our team classes by age group
- Our team classes are not based on years of experience but rather on age categories following the IWUF (International Wushu Federation) guidelines. These age groups have specific forms they are required to learn and compete with. The A, B, and C Groups each practice different forms.
- We are home to one of the most highly respected and well-recognized competitive teams in the USA. We pride ourselves on our close attention to detail and impeccable form in the routines we present at competitions.
- We offer evaluations for athletes through our Team Trials program and also welcome potential transfers from other facilities. This process helps us determine if your athlete is a good fit for our program and what level they will find the most success in. Our assessments are based on physical performance, mental toughness, and behavioral evaluations.
New Members
- New members are only allowed to join at least one year before the assumed or officially announced date of the National Wushu Team Trials competition, and no later.
Attendance
- Competition Team members are required to attend a minimum of 4 training days per week, excluding private lessons
- Injury is not considered a valid excuse for absence. We strongly encourage team members to attend practices even if they are injured, as there is always something they can work on.

- Team coaches are authorized to dismiss or suspend team members with poor attendance.
